Shipping and Payment Policy

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once you receive your order confirmation email, we process all orders (excluding pre-orders) within 1 business day (weekends and U.S. holidays are excluded).
  • Domestic Orders: In-stock items are shipped by the next business day. Pre-order or back-order items will be shipped separately as they become available. This ensures you receive in-stock items without delay.
  • International Orders: Orders including back-order or pre-order items will be shipped in multiple shipments. In-stock items will be sent first, with remaining items shipped separately when ready.

Pre-Orders

  • A $5 cancellation fee applies to pre-order cancellations, covering transaction and processing costs.
  • Pre-orders will ship once the items are available.

Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):
  1. Free Economy Shipping:
    • Cost: Free
    • Delivery: 5–8 business days
    • Exceptions: Single decks heavier than 2 lbs and limited-supply items are shipped via insured mail.
  2. USPS Priority Shipping:
    • Cost: $3.99 (includes $1 insurance starting June 1st, 2024)
    • Delivery: 1–2 business days
International Shipping:
  • Asendia US Priority Shipping: $7.64 for items in U.S. stock.
  • Free Shipping for Portugal Stock: Available on items indicated in product descriptions.
  • Important Requirements for International Shipping:
    • A valid phone number (including country code) is required to avoid delays.
    • Provide a complete and legible address, preferably translated into English.
    • Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes (including VAT), and carrier charges applied in their destination country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at dark.synevyr@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  1. Order Cancellations:

    • A $5 restocking fee applies to canceled orders after fulfillment.
  2. Returns:

    • Accepted only if items are unopened and in their original condition.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring safe delivery.
    • Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned items.
    • Partial Refunds: Issued for items returned opened or damaged. Please package returns securely with ample padding.
  3. Damaged Items:

    • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at dark.synevyr@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the item's condition.
  4. Lost or Undelivered Packages:

    • Reshipment: Customers are responsible for re-shipment costs. Contact us to arrange a reshipment invoice.
    • Refund Option: If you opt not to reship, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
