Shipping and Payment


After receiving your order confirmation email, we process all orders(excluded pre-orders) within 1 business day (weekends and U.S. holidays are excluded).

Pre-Orders

A $5 fee will be charged if you cancel your pre-order, and the rest will be refunded. Fees cover order transaction fees and costs associated with scheduling, receiving, and fulfilling pre-orders.

International: Orders placed for international shipping will only be shipped when all items are in stock. When your order contains back-order and/ or pre-order items, we will wait to fulfill your order until all items are in stock.

Domestic: We will ship all in-stock items by the next business day if the pre-order and/ or back-order items in your order are likely to take more than 2 weeks to arrive.

If you would like in stock items shipped immediately, please place separate orders.

IMPORTANT: According to the carrier's website, below are the estimates. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the shipping carrier fails to meet the estimates.

Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.)

Free Economy: We offer free ground shipping (economy) within the United States. One exception: single decks that are heavier than two pounds and are in limited supply. For those, we're all about extra care, so we ship them only by insured mail. During checkout, we'll make sure you see this updated automatically.

USPS Priority: We offer flat rate USPS priority shipping for $3.99 within the U.S.

* With effect June 1st 2024, USPS Priority Shipping will have an additional insurance cost of $1, which is already included in USPS Priority Shipping's flat rate of $3.99. Due to USPS's unreliable insurance, 3rd party coverage will be used.

 

International Shipping (All countries, except these specified on USPS website)

We offer Asendia US priority shipping for $7.64.

Germany: From August 16th, 2022, we are continuing to ship packages to Germany. In accordance with the German Packaging Act, Verpack G, we comply with the regulations.

All INTERNATIONAL orders require a valid phone number along with the international country code. If your INTERNATIONAL order does not have a phone number, there will be a delay and your package may be stuck with the carrier. We will not be responsible for any extra costs incurred for the re-shipment of the package if either the shipping carrier or customs cannot reach you via the provided phone number. Your phone number will not be used for marketing purposes without your consent.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct address which is complete, legible and has a full country name. When possible, please translate the address into English. We will not translate your address while fulfilling your order. For the purpose of preventing your package from being returned to sender due to export compliance, please refer to the following international addressing requirements.

Once a shipment reaches your destination country, import duties, taxes (including VAT) and carrier charges may be incurred. The customer is responsible for these charges if they are applied.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please contact dark.synevyr@gmail.com with your name and order number if you haven't received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

To cover processing fees, if you want to cancel your order before it is fulfilled, you will be charged a $5 restocking fee.

 

Pleaser read the following conditions carefully before returning your products:

 

Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs and ensuring the package is delivered safely.

Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and in its original condition. We will refund the amount you paid for the product or products after we process your return. Returns will be processed within two to three business days.

A partial refund will be issued if any or all of the products arrive opened or damaged from their original packaging (including plastic wrap). Therefore, we ask that you package the items safely with ample padding. If possible, re-use the packaging that was used to send the items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at dark.synevyr@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the item’s condition.

Didn't receive your package? Want it reshipped?

Once the package has been shipped, international shipping costs will not be refunded. In the event that you are unable to receive the package or if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver it, the package will be returned to the sender (us).

In this case, there are two options:

  1. To re-ship the package to you, please email us so we can arrange for a re-shipment. The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. On request, a re-shipment invoice will be sent.
  1. If you do not want your order reshipped, we will refund your order minus the shipping cost.
