Return & Refund Policy

At Dark Synevyr, we want you to feel fully confident when ordering from us. Please review our return and refund terms below:

General Returns (excluding pre-orders)

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping and ensuring the package arrives safely.

  • Condition: Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, in its original condition, and with the plastic shrink wrap fully intact.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected (within 2–3 business days), we will issue a refund for the full product amount.

  • Partial Refunds: If returned items arrive opened, used, or damaged, only a partial refund will be issued. To avoid this, please use secure packaging with ample padding (reusing the original box is recommended).

Pre-Orders

  • Please note that pre-orders are non-refundable, as all funds are immediately allocated to production. By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait for the production timeline.

  • If delays occur, we may offer a replacement deck of equal value, but cash refunds for pre-orders are not possible.

Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before fulfillment are eligible for a full refund with no additional fees.

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at dark.synevyr@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item’s condition

We will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Undelivered / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undelivered, you may choose between:

  1. Re-shipment – We will resend your order, with the customer covering re-shipping costs.

  2. Refund – We can refund your order minus the original shipping cost.
