Return Policy: No Additional Fees for Returns

Returns

  1. Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs and ensuring the safe delivery of the package.
  2. Condition:
    • Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and remains in its original condition.
    • The plastic shrink wrap must be intact.
  3. Refunds:
    • Once we process your return (within 2–3 business days), you will receive a refund for the full amount paid for the product(s).
  4. Partial Refunds:
    • If returned products arrive opened or damaged, only a partial refund will be issued.
    • To avoid this, please package the items securely with ample padding. Reusing the original packaging is recommended for added protection.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order before it is fulfilled, no additional fees will be charged.

Damaged Orders

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item’s condition

We will promptly address the issue to ensure your satisfaction.


Undelivered Packages

If your package is undelivered and returned to us, you have the following options:

  1. Re-Ship Your Order:

    • Contact us to arrange re-shipment.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
  2. Refund:

    • If you choose not to have your order reshipped, we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost.
