Returns Policy
Return policy: Please read the below return conditions carefully.
- Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs and ensuring the package is delivered safely.
- Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and in its original condition. Plastic shrink wrap should not be removed. We will refund the amount you paid for the product or products after we process your return. Returns will be processed within two to three business days.
- A partial refund will be issued if any or all of the products arrive opened or damaged from their original packaging (including plastic wrap). Therefore, we ask that you package the items safely with ample padding. If possible, re-use the packaging that was used to send the items.
To cover processing fees, if you want to cancel your order before it is fulfilled, you will be charged a $5 restocking fee.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at dark.synevyr@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the item’s condition.

Didn't receive your package? Want it reshipped?
Once the package has been shipped, international shipping costs will not be refunded. In the event that you are unable to receive the package or if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver it, the package will be returned to the sender (us).
In this case, there are two options:
- To re-ship the package to you, please email us so we can arrange for a re-shipment. The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. On request, a re-shipment invoice will be sent.
- If you do not want your order reshipped, we will refund your order minus the shipping cost.
