Returns Policy

Return Policy: No Additional Fees for Returns

We value your satisfaction and strive to make the return process as simple as possible. Please read the return conditions carefully:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the package is delivered safely.
Condition: Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and in its original condition. The plastic shrink wrap must remain intact.
Refunds: Once your return is processed (within 2–3 business days), we will refund the full amount you paid for the product(s).
Partial Refunds: If any products arrive opened or damaged, only a partial refund will be issued. To avoid this, please package items securely with ample padding. If possible, re-use the original packaging.

If you cancel your order before it is fulfilled, no additional fees will be charged.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at dark.synevyr@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

If your package is undelivered and returned to us, you have two options:

Re-Ship Your Order: Contact us to arrange re-shipment. The cost of re-shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refund: If you prefer not to have your order reshipped, we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost.
