Returns Policy
Return Policy: No Additional Fees for Returns
We value your satisfaction and strive to make the return process as simple as possible. Please read the return conditions carefully:
Returns
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the package is delivered safely.
- Condition: Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and in its original condition. The plastic shrink wrap must remain intact.
- Refunds: Once your return is processed (within 2–3 business days), we will refund the full amount you paid for the product(s).
- Partial Refunds: If any products arrive opened or damaged, only a partial refund will be issued. To avoid this, please package items securely with ample padding. If possible, re-use the original packaging.
Cancellations
- If you cancel your order before it is fulfilled, no additional fees will be charged.
Damaged Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at dark.synevyr@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Undelivered Packages
If your package is undelivered and returned to us, you have two options:
- Re-Ship Your Order: Contact us to arrange re-shipment. The cost of re-shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Refund: If you prefer not to have your order reshipped, we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost.
