🌼 Ritual: Flower of Inner Strength

Publié par Iurii Nazarenco le

A botanical tarot practice to reconnect with your roots, open your heart, and welcome gentle transformation.

Every flower begins in darkness — rooted, unseen, yet full of promise. This ritual, created with the Botanica Oculta Tarot, invites you to move inward, listen deeply, and let your true self bloom.

🕯 When to Practice

  • At sunrise, during the New Moon, or whenever you crave quiet clarity.

  • Set aside 20–30 minutes where you can be undisturbed.

📍 Where to Practice

Create a sacred corner:

  • Near a window, in a garden, or on the floor with soft fabrics.

  • Add flowers, leaves, a bowl of water, and a few drops of your favorite essential oil.

🎴 What You Need

  • Your Botanica Oculta Tarot deck

  • A bowl of water

  • A flower or drop of essential oil

  • Paper + pen

  • A candle (optional, but magical)

✨ Step 1: Prepare the Space

Gently light a candle and dab oil on your wrists.
Sit in stillness. Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths.
Imagine a flower slowly unfolding inside your chest.

Now say aloud or whisper:
“Nature awakens in me. I welcome the spirit of flowers and archetypes to guide me.”

🌸 Step 2: The Three Cards of Awakening

Shuffle your deck and draw 3 cards — each representing a stage of your inner blooming:

  1. Root – What grounds and supports you? (Pull from Minor Arcana: Wands or Pentacles)

  2. Bloom – How do you express your essence in the world? (Pull from Major Arcana)

  3. Seed – What wants to awaken or grow within you now? (Any card)

Arrange the cards in a triangle.
Gaze at the imagery. What plants appear? What feelings arise?

💧 Step 3: Your Floral Message

On your piece of paper, write a short affirmation or message inspired by the cards.
Let it be simple, powerful, and yours. For example:
“I am rooted like willow, bright like sunflower, and ready to receive.”

Fold the paper. You can either keep it near your altar or burn it gently, dropping water into the flame (or over the ashes) as a blessing.

🌕 Step 4: Close the Ritual

Thank your cards and the energy of plants.
Place a flower beside the card that moved you most — a quiet offering.
Keep the Seed card close to you for the next few days — in your journal, wallet, or on your altar.

🌿 Final Words

This ritual is not about doing it “right.”
It’s about softening, listening, and letting the natural world speak through symbols and sensations.
Come back to it anytime you feel scattered, disconnected, or on the edge of transformation.

Let your cards speak — and your soul listen.
You are always blooming.
